Watch the video below to learn how access to the masterclass vault will equip you with powerful tools and renewed motivation to overcome binge eating for good:
Every morning you’re determined that today WILL be different, but by the afternoon you give into cravings for office treats and binge. AGAIN. You feel like you’re back to square one and wonder if you will ever be able to break the vicious cycle of binge eating.
You’ve said “Today I will NOT binge” so many times that you actually stopped believing it and you have no more motivation to stop binging (even though deep down that’s all you want to do).
You've had a few “good” days or weeks without binging, especially fuelled by New Year's resolutions, when you have holiday coming up or when you join a new weight loss program... But it takes up all the willpower you have, and once the initial excitement wanes, it never seems to last.
You find yourself…
Stuck in the never-ending cycle of binging and restricting
Bloated, tired and heavy, but even more scared of the long-term health effects
Frustrated, because you know exactly what to do to stop binging, but can’t stick to it
Worrying that you’re beyond help, feeling hopeless and wondering if recovery is even possible to you
Feeling like you’ve tried EVERYTHING to stop binging and nothing works
There has got to be a way out!
You want to believe that overcoming binge eating is possible for you...
...but no matter how much you try, you can’t maintain the good habits for long enough.
Imagine, how it would feel like to…
Truly understand what’s creating binges and what to do to stop
Have the right tools and strategies on hand when urges hit
Start changing habits around food (and make them stick)
Stop postponing your life until you “fixed” your weight and your food habits
Know exactly what to do after a binge to get back on track
This is exactly what you’ll learn in Break the Binge Cycle Summit Masterclass vault!
Meet Your Hostess
Hey, I’m Milda! 👋🏻
I know first hand what it’s like to feel totally out of control around food. After reaching full recovery after more than a decade with disordered eating and binging, I’ve made it my life’s mission to help you overcome food obsession and feel “normal” around food.
Over the last 8 years I have supported hundreds of women and men in finding food and body peace. In addition to being an ambassador of binge eating recovery, I also hold an MSc in Personalised Nutrition and I am a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders (NCFED). I'm a firm believer that there is no "one size fits all" approach, hence I use a mix of nutritional, psychological and behavioural interventions to help you reach peace and food freedom.
Guiding people into full recovery I have noticed where most people get stuck and what gets in the way of long-term, lasting habit and mindset change. Often I notice that people get stuck in the same problems, especially without support, accountability and lose hope.
This is exactly why I have put together the Break the Binge Cycle summit and invited 28 experts in the field to share their most effective strategies and tools.
Gain access to the recordings of 29 brilliant binge eating experts and learn how to break the vicious cycle of binging for good.
See you inside!

Got questions? We've got answers
📍 I’ve tried many things to stop binge eating already. Is this summit going to share what I already know?
We know that overcoming binge eating is not easy and requires effort and commitment. We also know that there are specific pillars that are key in lasting recovery. Leading hundreds of people with binge eating towards recovery has shown us that there is a step-by-step process that makes recovery easier and that avoiding addressing certain pillars can feel like being stuck in the process.
It is likely that the summit will address some aspects of overcoming binge eating that you have heard before, because it’s important to make sure that the foundations of your recovery are solid. However, it will also share new strategies, tools and approaches from a range of professionals in the area that perhaps you did not have access to before to help you renew motivation and equip you to kick-start a binge-free life (and maintain it). We’d love for you to join us.
📍 Are the presentations live?
No — the summit has already taken place, so the presentations are pre-recorded and available on-demand. You can start watching as soon as you sign up and go through the sessions at your own pace, whenever it works best for you.
📍 Are your videos captioned or transcribed?
Yes. All presentations have closed captioning. Summaries and journaling questions are also available for each presentation in the extensive summit workbook.
Please reach out if there’s anything we can do to ensure you’re able to enjoy the recordings.
📍 When is this event happening?
The summit originally took place live, but now it's available on-demand. That means you can start watching the full lineup of expert presentations right away — no waiting, no schedule. Dive in whenever you're ready and go at your own pace.
📍 How long will I have access to the presentations?
You’ll have lifetime access to all 29 summit presentations (until Milda from Nutrition Path is practicing and is selling online courses). That means you can watch them whenever it suits you — no rush, no expiry. Whether you want to take your time, revisit your favourite sessions, or come back months later for a refresher, the content will always be available to support your journey.
📍 What’s included when I sign up?
When you sign up, you’ll get immediate, lifetime access to all 29 expert presentations from the summit — covering everything from emotional eating and body image to ADHD and practical recovery tools. You’ll also receive a private dashboard where you can watch the sessions anytime, at your own pace, plus access any bonus resources included in your pass.
📍 I still have questions!
