Meet Your Hostess

Hey, I’m Milda! 👋🏻

I know first hand what it’s like to feel totally out of control around food. After reaching full recovery after more than a decade with disordered eating and binging, I’ve made it my life’s mission to help you overcome food obsession and feel “normal” around food. 

Over the last 8 years I have supported hundreds of women and men in finding food and body peace. In addition to being an ambassador of binge eating recovery, I have also completed an MSc in Personalised Nutrition and I am a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders (NCFED). I'm a firm believer that there is no "one size fits all" approach, hence I use a mix of nutritional, psychological and behavioural interventions to help you reach peace and food freedom. 

Guiding people into full recovery I have noticed where most people get stuck and what gets in the way of long-term, lasting habit and mindset change. Often I notice that people get stuck in the same problems, especially without support, accountability and lose hope.

When and Where

Break the Binge Cycle Summit will run from 28th April to 1st May, with a variety of presentations to choose from each day. This event is entirely virtual, so you’ll be able to attend from anywhere in the world with internet access.

📍 I’ve tried many things to stop binge eating already. Is this summit going to share what I already know?

We know that overcoming binge eating is not easy and requires effort and commitment. We also know that there are specific pillars that are key in lasting recovery. Leading hundreds of people with binge eating towards recovery has shown us that there is a step-by-step process that makes recovery easier and that avoiding addressing certain pillars can feel like being stuck in the process. 

 

It is likely that the summit will address some aspects of overcoming binge eating that you have heard before, because it’s important to make sure that the foundations of your recovery are solid. However, it will also share new strategies, tools and approaches from a range of professionals in the area that perhaps you did not have access to before to help you renew motivation and equip you to kick-start a binge-free life (and maintain it). We’d love for you to join us. 

📍 How long will I have access to the presentations?

Your free ticket includes 48 hour access to each of the presentations, they will go live from 3pm BST (10am ET). If you need more time, you can always upgrade your ticket to the Binge Breakthrough Pass after registering, which will give you extended access to the presentations along with premium bonuses from our speakers and more!  

📍 Are the presentations live?

To avoid tech glitches, give you the best possible experience, and keep things easy for the speakers, the presentations are pre-recorded and will be released at a scheduled time during the summit. However, the speakers will be hanging out in our private Facebook group with dedicated threads where you can connect with them and ask your questions! There will also be opportunities to join us for bonus live events throughout the week with the Binge Breakthrough Pass.

📍 Are your videos captioned or transcribed?

Yes. All presentations have closed captioning. Summaries and journaling questions are also available for each presentation with our upgrade options that you’ll see after registering for the event.

📍 When is this event happening?

The main portion of the summit runs from 28th April to 1st May, 2025. You’ll also be able to join our private Facebook community as soon as you register, so you can join in and get excited right away! 

📍 What if I’m not able to attend live?

Most of the presentations for the summit will be pre-recorded and will be available for 48 hours with your free ticket, released daily 3pm BST (10am ET). So we encourage you to watch it as soon as you can! We would love for you to set aside some intentional time during the summit week to watch the pre-recorded presentations, and participate with others who are on the journey to overcome binge eating.

However, if you’re not able to attend all of the sessions live, go ahead and grab your free ticket, and you’ll have the opportunity to upgrade to the Binge Breakthrough Pass for extended access. 

📍 Will all the speakers get my email address?

No. When you register, you’ll be added to the Milda’s at Nutrition Path email list so we can send you updates for the event and links to each day’s presentations. After the summit is over, you’ll continue to hear from us, but you can unsubscribe at any time. 

 

Each of the speakers will have free resources available that you can access by providing an email address, but the speakers will not get your email address unless you choose to give it to them specifically. That way, you only hear from the people you really love and don't have to worry about getting added to 29 email lists that you're not interested in.
